Tex Bishop is a London-based photographer working adeptly across film and digital, on location and in the studio. His photographs are the product of a journey immersed in and devoted to his craft: from starting as a printer in darkrooms as a teenager, to working as a lighting assistant to fashion and commercial photographers. He has been shooting commercial, editorial and personal projects for brands and publications worldwide for over a decade. 

While the meticulous nature of his work lends itself well to the history, gravitas and craftsmanship present in the luxury sector—see his work for Montblanc or Zuchetti—Tex’s considered and artistic approach is often well applied to editorial commissions. He has been a regular contributor to publications such as The Plant Magazine, Wallpaper* and PORT among others. In 2024 he shot Laila Gohar for the cover of Wallpaper* Magazine. His precision and desire to experiment visually and transcend expectations has led him to create work for fashion houses such as Isabel Marant, Toteme, Sonia Rykiel and Dunhill among others.
